{"id":24131,"date":"2016-12-13T13:54:11","date_gmt":"2016-12-13T12:54:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/?p=24131"},"modified":"2019-09-02T14:03:28","modified_gmt":"2019-09-02T12:03:28","slug":"apple-pie-and-agar-agar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/en\/apple-pie-and-agar-agar\/","title":{"rendered":"Apple pie and agar agar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Do you need a cake for a special occasion?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>This was my daughter&#8217;s last birthday birthday cake &#8230; simple, delicately sweet and tremendously appetizing &#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>You can prepare it without pomegranate, but how they were in season, I decided to integrate them to make it more decorative.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>If you want you can replace it with raisins or serve it only with apples &#8230; it will also be delicious &#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Stuffed ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 or 2 apples<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/2 grenade<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bd liter of water<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 c.p. flush agar agar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Apple concentrate to taste<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">a pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Base Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 cups semi-integral flour<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bd cup sunflower oil or sesame<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bd cup apple concentrate<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8271\" src=\"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Tarta-de-manzana-y-granada-5.jpg\" alt=\"tarta-de-manzana-y-granada-1\" width=\"337\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Elaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mix all the ingredients for the base well, without kneading too much, and place the dough in a removable circular pan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Prick the dough so that it does not rise when baked.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Peel the apples and cut it into thin slices. Put them on top of the base in a circular shape.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Heat the oven to 180 \u00ba C and bake the cake until you see the base made. You will notice that it is ready when the edges begin to turn golden brown. 20 to 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Take it out and reserve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">While mixing \u00bd liter of water, enough apple concentrate to sweeten to your liking and a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Put in the pan to heat and add the agar-agar.
