The name of it was so attractive that I ordered it and yes&#8230;. \u00a0I decided to make it at home &#8230;. It was worth it &#8230; Go ahead!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ingredients for the base:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For a cake for 4 persons:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a01 big cup of sunflower seeds<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The same amount of grated coconut<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/3 cup of rice syrup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ingredients for the topping:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4 apples<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4 to 6 dates<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you do not want to use dates you can use raisins or dried apricots<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/tarta-de-manzana-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3966\" src=\"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/tarta-de-manzana-3.jpg\" alt=\"tarta de manzana 3\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Grind the seeds with the coconut in a food processor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Add the syrup, mix well and place the dough in a mold, pressing well to compact the dough.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Keep it in the fridge.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>In the meantime, prepare the topping.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Peel and chop the apples to make a compote.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Add chopped dried fruit, a pinch of salt and mix well.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put a tiny bit of water to prevent sticking, a couple spoonfulls should be enough.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Bring to boil. When you see it starts to boiling, lower the flame, place the lid and leave it to cook, stirring occasionally, until apples are well soft.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>If you see that they have released a lot of water, remove the lid and let the liquid evaporate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Place the apple compot in a bowl to cool down.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/tarta-de-manzana-4-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3971\" src=\"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/tarta-de-manzana-4-2.jpg\" alt=\"tarta de manzana 4 (2)\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Taste the sweetness, if you think it needs more, you can add some more rice syrup or some dried fruit now that is still hot.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When cool, stir it well, especially if you have added some dried fruit at the end.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Place the compote in the mold, over the base and put it back in the fridge.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When it is cold, it will be ready to unmold.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Add some chopped almonds on top to decorate and<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>there you are, a very delicious and filling apple pie&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Optimized-20141012_135820-4-1.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3974\" src=\"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Optimized-20141012_135820-4-1.jpg\" alt=\"Tarta de manzana\" width=\"337\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cook it with love&#8230;. and enjoy it!<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Jablecny sen&#8221; or Apple dream is the name of this delicious apple pie with seeds and coconut base.
