peas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 litre of water<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2-3 cm of kombu seaweed<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 thinly chopped onions<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 lemon<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Umeboshi vinegar (optional)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Green chives for garnish<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/crema-de-guisantes1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Elaboration:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wash the split peas well.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put in a pressure cooker with the piece of kombu seaweed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cook for 20 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Meanwhile, fry the onions until golden brown in a little olive oil with a pinch of salt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Add the zest of half a lemon and reserve.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Switch off the peas and wait for the pot to cool down a bit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When you open it you will see that the peas are fairly mashed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Add the poached onion and blend everything.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Add a little lemon juice or umeboshi vinegar if you want to emphasize the acid taste of the cream.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Serve decorated with the chives cut finely and some lemon zes<\/em>t.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
