{"id":5876,"date":"2015-12-17T10:44:39","date_gmt":"2015-12-17T10:44:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/macrosano.com\/macrosanoim1643\/?p=5876"},"modified":"2019-06-13T14:02:32","modified_gmt":"2019-06-13T12:02:32","slug":"chocolates-made-easy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/en\/chocolates-made-easy\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolates made easy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Enjoy the pleasure of sweetness&#8230; \u00a0hazelnut chocolates&#8230; \u00a0without sugar or milk&#8230; but amazingly tasty&#8230; don&#8217;t say anything&#8230; nobody will tell the differenc<\/em>e !!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 cup toasted hazelnuts (about 150 gr.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 cup dates (about 14)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 to 3 tbsp of cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 tbsp of rice syrup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bc cup toasted hazelnuts crushed for coating<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5869\" src=\"https:\/\/macrosano.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/bombones-de-avellana-5.jpg\" alt=\"bombones de avellana (5)\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Elaboration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Remove the bone from the dates and soak them in a bowl of water for 30 minutes. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>If the dates are not too dry, they may not need soaking.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00a0Crush 1\/4 cup of hazelnuts and leave them in a large salad bowl. You don&#8217;t need to crush them too much, it is nice to find large pieces on the coating.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When dates are hydrated, crush them in a food processor with the hazelnuts, cocoa and salt.
