Ingredients:
1 block of seitan
2 spring onions including the green part
1/2 red pepper
1 bunch of radishes
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Semi refined flour
1 tablespoon of rice syrup
1 tablespoon of shoyu
2 or 3 drops of roasted sesame oil
Elaboration:
Cut the white part of the scallions on julienne and the green part in slices.
Cut the pepper into thin strips and the radishes into quarters or 6 pieces depending on the size.
Slice the seitan and flour lightly.
Toast the sesame seeds on a frying pan, without oil. Reserve.
Lightly brown the seitan on both sides, on a frying pan, with a little oil. Reserve
In a wide wok or skillet sauté the pepper and scallion, with a pinch of salt, for 2 or 3 minutes.
Add the radishes and skip another couple of minutes.
Pour the dressing liquids onto the vegetables, stir and incorporate the seitan.
Mix well. Leave on the fire for another minute and turn it off.
Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Serve with a good salad of green leaves and sprouts.
Cook it with love … and enjoy it!
