It’s already the time to start enjoying nice dishes slowly cooked to help us keep warm and to strengthen us after the hot season.
Root vegetables are ideal for the cold months coming.
Try this mix of sweet roots….. you will want more!
Ingredients:
1-2 medium onions
2 parsnips
1 orange beetroot
2 carrots
1 piece of pumpkin
2 to 3 bay leaves
2 cloves of garlic
Black pepper to taste
Oil, shoyu and salt
Preparation:
Cut the vegetables into medium, regular pieces.
Crush garlic to release flavor.
Arrange the vegetables, garlic and bay leaf in a baking dish with a lid.
Add a little salt and freshly ground black pepper, a dash of shoyu and mix well so that the vegetables are well impregnated.
Now add a dash of olive oil and stir.
Heat oven to 200 ° C, introduce the vegetables and let them cook until tender, but not too soft.
You will notice that the dish is ready for the pleasant aroma it gives off!
Serve the veggies with a little chopped fresh coriander.
