Carrot and sweet potato sticks in a perfect combination to enjoy any time.
They taste so good, you won’t know whether to keep them for dinner or have them as a snack.

1 sweet potato
1 large garlic, finely grated
A tiny pinch of curry powder (optional)
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of shoyu
A large spoonful of your favourite herbs
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 200º C or 400º F
Cut the vegetables into medium sized sticks.
Place them in a salad bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.
Use your hands to move the vegetables to ensure they get well covered with the dressing.
Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake until tender. About 20 minutes.
Serve as an accompaniment dish or a snack between hours.
